Juvenile, Corrections-Based Vocational Training Program
Paintless dent repair is a critical skill set within the automotive industry. Our vocational training or career technical education program is designed to teach youthful offenders about Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and other automotive restoration services.
PDR is an affordable and quick method of removing dents from the body of a vehicle without disturbing the finish. This eliminates the need for repainting the repaired area. Generally used for hail damage, PDR can also be utilized for a wide variety of minor repairs on both aluminum and steel panels.
21st Century Automotive Career Training LLC is working with The Ding King Training Institute and Curriculum Specialists to develop one year learning pathways for high school junior and seniors mapped to State standards. The courses are also applicable for adults.
The Blended Learning Courses include teacher training, an online portal, instructor guides, and student materials that are combined with hands on training to fully prepare students for the workforce. Graduates will receive certification and be ready for internships, and upon graduation full time positions.
Their first three courses will be Paintless Dent Repair 80, Glue Pulling, and Hail Repair. Graduates will be eligible for jobs paying $30k to $120K per year. Many of our Graduates become entrepreneurs and start their own business.
Youthful offenders who receive general education and vocational training are significantly less likely to return to prison after release and are more likely to find employment than peers who do not receive such opportunities. Our PDR 80 course will prepare your juvenile inmates for a career in Paintless Dent Repair.
